Description
This map was published in 'A new and complete history and survey of the cities of London and Westminster... revised by Henry Chamberlain.' Only one edition was published and some copies omit the name of the engraver, J. Flyn. The Chelsea Waterworks are shown in Hyde Park. This was the first water-plant to use slow sand filtration to purify the water it supplied.
